After an initial invitation by the Business Improvement District (BID) of Crystal City, I have worked with a number of curators to select six of my latest paintings for the Art Walls project.
The Art Walls project infuses color and character into the area while leading to fun, whimsical, and interesting spaces for Crystal City’s guests, residents, and employees.
From my six paintings, 12 details have been enlarged and UV printed on alumilite panels. These panels have been installed on Clark Street South in Arlington, Virgina, an area that has been restored and re-landscaped.
The license of this project titled “Confluence” extends initially for five years.
Here are the first images taken by Crystal City BID. More photographs to follow.
